Absolutely amazing service! Managed to get the part in and repair my car to a high standard within 2 hours! The Bengali guy (Sorry, forgot to ask for your name) at the front desk was also extremely friendly and made me feel very welcome. Never change guys!

Excellent service and a free car wash too :-) I had an issue with my starter motor (BMW 730), which had been ongoing for 2 months, just tried to put it off, finally called up Xcelsus and arranged for my car to be dropped off for the day. On dropping keys to reception I noticed my part was already there, effecient, considering I had only spoken to them the previous evening. My total charge was just under 200, the AA guy who helped me the night before told me in the region of 200-300, depending on part manufacturer. I went online (eurocarparts) and the part (Remy) was 159 plus a surcharge for return of old part, so in effect, it was a very good deal for me, I know they probably get a discount, but I think I made a good saving, plus my car was clean inside out when I picked up!!! (I've attached a pic of AA assistance, just incase you think story above is made up, AA service is also outstanding by the way, if you don't have it GET IT)
Been visited this place on 26/10/2020 for hybrid car interim service and MOT which cost me total 150, whereas used to cost 350 with dealer Toyota. Had a bit issue with braking system as it sometimes make metallic noise, they have investigated the issues and told me it looks okay as it started after changing the brake disc which had been done with dealer Toyota. They asked me to visit after few months to do a free check. They are honest and reliable, and they must be recommended. Keep it up.
First time I have used Xcelsus after using other Garages where I previously lived for a number of years, I was pleasantly surprised how well I was looked after from booking my car in, right through to collecting my car after it's service and repair, very professional and excellent customer service all round. I honestly couldn't be happier to have come across this garage, they go above and beyond to fulfil all their customer needs. I will be recommending Xcelsus to all my friends and family. This is my first time using Xcelsus through a recommendation of a friend. Bear in mind prior to coming to this garage the previous day I went to another garage where they have given me an extortionate quote for a piece of work which didnt need to be carried out which was addressed by Sam and his team. Sam and his team were very professional, honest and trustworthy. They will tell you how it is and no beating around the bushes. Probably my best experience I have encountered with a mechanic, they have definitely made a new customer through their exceptional service and more importantly going forward I will use Xcelsus along with recommending to my friend's and family. If you want a trustworthy mechanic who doesn’t compromise on quality this place is it!
