No delivery was attempted. If I could put 0 stars i would According to the tracking my parcel was supposed to come today. I waited all morning for it to arrive. I was 1 stop away and I eagerly waited by my window, waiting for the driver to ring my bell. There was no ring and there was no calling card left. I was astonished when I saw the tracking saying that I missed the delivery. How is this even possible? I was home ALL day. My bell works. I contacted the customer service (don’t bother they wont do anything- you’d waste your money if you call them!) They couldn’t do anything other than asking me to wait. I missed my work meeting for a bloody delivery that did not even attempt to ring my bell. Don’t use Yodel and if the shop you are buying from use it, pay for express. Yodel is useless as resolving issues. I spent two hours trying to convince the rep. To see if they can call the depot and can connect to the driver as he had more deliveries in my area and could have easily come back to drop mine off later today. Instead they wasted time telling me things I already know! The depot is useless and there is no number to contact them! I am happy to wait for a delivery, what I am not happy about it deceit and lies. NO ONE attempted to deliver!

Waited in all day tracking the driver who delivered to all addresses around me but mine then said they cant deliver as theu couldnt access my block.... its accessible to anyone no call card left either

I was home all day waiting for my delivery On Saturday 5/12/20 and I did not receive my parcel nor a calling card. I got email to notify me that delivery was attempted and they will reattempt tomorrow (Mon-Sat). To my surprise I then received an email on SUNDAY stating they tried to attempt delivery! How? When the information provided In the email states this is done between Mon-Sat? I’ve tried several times to call the delivery driver and texts and the phone is not available. Yodel customer service are unable to provide information regarding the status of a parcel. They have to go through another team to source the information, which takes up to 24/48hours!!! My parcel will most likely be returned to sender by then. Which I will be highly frustrated about. What is the point in having ‘customer service’? Why don’t Yodel drivers use the delivery information given and call upon delivery?
