I would thoroughly recommend You Personal Training. I started training there as I was regularly picking up running injuries and needed to strengthen my core; since then I haven't been injured. More importantly I feel healthier, happier and more confident as a result of my sessions. Damian creates fun and challenging personal training sessions, and motivates without being pushy. After years of trying, and failing, to attend the gym regularaly I am delighted that 2 years on I enjoy my sessions at You Personal Training as much as I did when I started and look forward to every session.

I highly recommend You Personal Training. Damian offers sessions that are challenging but enjoyable, making sure the workouts are appropriate to your fitness level and goals, He is also knowledgeable about nutrition and diet and can provide advice in this area too.
I would highly recommend Youpersonal training. I started training with Damian 6 months ago with view to getting in shape before the hockey season, however i've found it so enjoyable and worthwhile that I decided to continue my training.
I can thoroughly recommend You Personal Training and more specifically Damian. I started training with him in July when early mornings were relatively pleasant but have stuck with it and still find myself getting up at 6.30am every Friday to train, come rain or frost. This is more a testament to Damians training than my love of cold, damp early mornings. If you are after a shouty, boot camp type then Damian is not your man, however if you want to be communicated with like an intelligent adult, understand what you are doing and why it will help, be pushed but not in a pushy way and see genuine results he is. The results I have seen in the few months I have been working with Damian have been really good. My fitness has improved, I am starting to see positive changes in my body and I am more conscious of what I am eating. I outlined my goals on my first session and he has well and truely got me moving in the right direction. My bum is smaller(!) my arms and shoulders are stronger and I have a strong right hook (for a girl). I have not lost interest or motivation as he keeps the sessions interesting and varied, letting me do the things I like (boxing) but also encouraging me to do the things I don't like/hate (anything involving jumping). He is great fun, knows what he is doing and without fail I have come away from every session feeling like I have worked hard but enjoyed myself. I would even go so far as to say I look forward to our sessions, which for someone terminally unfit who destested early mornings is quite a statement. If you are new to having a trainer I would really recommend him, I know he works with alot of super fit types but he is really good for us lesser super fit types too! The one downside is his horrendous taste in dance music, which is why I choose to train mainly outside....
