After completing Zenways 200 hour yoga teacher training 4 years ago I was hooked! Daizan beautifully explains the history, philosophy and energetic basis for the zen yoga movement as well as breathing techniques and meditation. I felt renewed. Since then I have attended 3day intensives and the Zenways Meditation and Mindfulness teacher training course for health and well being. I feel so fortunate and joyful that I found Zenways and for the on-going support offered. If you are interested in yoga and meditation to bring more joy into your life I recommend Zenways wholeheartedly.

I have attended 1 class but paid upfront because it was a better deal. In the offer it stated that a refund can be obtained without a problem if you find that the class is not for you. I've been waiting almost a year now for a reply, and every time I reply to their advertisement emails my emails are blocked. Do not believe that you can obtain a refund, secondly, I did not find the class that good. Hence I never went back, still I am owed 28 and I think I will never see it!

This is my favourite venue for teaching yoga. The studio is always clean and tidy with all necessary props. A very peaceful place - perfect for yoga and meditation.
