Just forget it. Used it in the 2000's worked well logged back in recently for the first time, entire concept appears to have change radically - But I dont know as the site fails to work correctly ! Pages wont show. Farce.

It a n9ce office overlooking the Thames. From the Windows it's like you standing on the water!

Excellent easy to use on line and via the app, kept me update on the progress of my application and even called me to confirm all my details, money went in on the same day at a great interest rate, amazing service will recommend to friends and family... 5 star all the way!

I have power of attorney for a friend who had to go into a care home in February this year. Since then I have managed to register the legal POA documents with the NHS, First Direct, The Halifax banking group, Thames Water, EE, Scottish Widows and have been able to close her accounts, move money etc. And all this during lockdown. Zopa, however, are still messing me around, giving misleading information and not replying to my emails. I have to report them to the ombudsman.

Since the lock down I've had many issues: one agent will tell me they have done A,B,C on a call, then I get chased to say it hasn't been done. Latest fun, taken my direct debit (after I was told I need to call up and make the payment), I'm told I shouldn't have made the payment (after being asked to) and that they can't refund me the money. More chasing my end for their mistakes. Only use if you don't have any other options
