Denied my prescription because the receptionist said I didn't need it. I apparently had my prescription for the month. As a diabetic we dont have set dosages and can change on a daily basis,so no idea how she came to this conclusion. Only found this out 4 days after I should have received my prescription because it wasnt at my chemist for me. No contact made to tell me I wouldn't receive it either. Disgraceful behaviour,if this is common practice surely its upto the doctor not receptionist. Could have been handled/worded alot better too.
