I don't normally review services but was moved to comment on professionalism, knowledge and phenomenal service of the team at Dermal Synergy. The initial telephone call with Phildelmia to book a consultation was friendly and informative. A day before appointment received a reminder text and on day of consultation was greeted at reception with a smile, immediately taken to treatment room. A large, clean, comfortable facility extremely well kited out. Gavin diagnosed correctly first time, explained treatment plan and unlike two previous visits to different GP's put my mind at ease, treated there and then and exceeded my expectations. 10 mins later arranged follow-up appointment which I very much look forward too and commend the team at Dermal Synergy for job well done
Had a wonderful treatment today at Dermal Synergy. Beautiful peaceful place, very modern bright and Clean. Staff were so helpful and talked me through everything I needed to know. And Mr Gavin Kirby put me at ease while he talked me through the treatment. Definitely recommend to others.

Excellent! My mother was delighted with the voucher I bought for her birthday. The place is lovely, the staff are welcoming and very happy to take the time to explain the wide range of treatments on offer. I know my mother likes to go somewhere discreet for her treatments and Dermal Synergy is exactly that. She bought some of the skin treatments and has already asked me for another voucher for Christmas! She is now a regular client with Orla Power Hughes and speaks very highly of her expertise, her friendly and reassuring manner and the excellent value for money of her expert treatments.
