Fantastic place to purchase your glasses and to get your eyes examined. My family and I have been going to Londonderry Eye Care for a few years now because of the excellent customer service. The person that I want to give a special shout out to is to Maria. She gives excellent service, takes great pride in her work and is a wonderful person! She is a rock star!!! Thank you Maria!!!!

Professional, patient and polite. I always have a great experience here. Dr. Noseworthy is very helpful and can answer any questions I have. The rest of the staff are so helpful and patient as well. They made my glasses purchase easy and quick! I always recommend people go here!
I have been going to this eye care place for years now and everytime I come here it is always a pleasant experience. Doctors are nice and answer any questions and concerns i might have. The despensery helped me pick new frames from their wide selection and on the day of picking up new glasses it was a quick and easy interaction. Overall an amazing place with amazing people.
I absolutely love coming here ! The optical team and optometrist team are impeccable ! I've been coming to this clinic for over 10 years and I have sent friends over as well to this date they remain with Londonderry eye care. highly recommended for those looking for eye care . They also carry a huge variety of frames for anyone that's in a budget ! Anyone whos looking into coming I strongly suggest seeing Maria ! She is absolutely amazing to deal with and has amazing taste when it comes to helping you pick out your new set of glasses .
I have been coming to Londonderry eye care for 15 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else ! The Staff are so friendly and welcoming and know how to make you feel at home during your visit . I Personally have been seeing Maria for 15 years and I wouldn't have it any other way . Maria is so welcoming and knows how to make your visit smooth and quick and have you leaving with a smile ! The Londonderry eye care team are all incredible and if you're looking to get a new set of glasses or even an eye exam I strongly recommend Londonderry eye care.
Amazing place ! I've been coming here foe years and back when Dr Riep was practicing in optometry. I Just love coming here for my eye care needs . The optical team and doctors are all incredible and welcoming they get your needs taken care of with such professional manner and care . I wont go anywhere else for my eye needs . I normally deal with Maria however all the optical team members are beyond delightful to work with !
i must say this is the best eye care center .. they often carry beautiful glasses . i have been going there for 4-5 years.. i especially want to appreciate the doctors .. i use to see a male doctor ( i forgot his name) but he was very professional and very kind.. and today i saw a doctor named Dr. Pearl Motkoski .. i must say she was very pleasant, very professional very thorough and very caring .. i recommend this place and this doctor
Needed new glasses and was in the mall so I stopped by this place. The girl at the door greeted me and told me she could see if anyone was available to help me find new glasses. She found a lady who proceeded to ask me if I had an appointment which I didn’t and than she went to see their schedule. She came back and started to ask me a bunch of questions in a rude manner. The questions themselves were fine it was the manner in which she was speaking with me and she made it seem like I was adamant on browsing right now (which i wasn’t) and when I answered no to her questions she was very abrupt about it “you have a drink, we don’t allow drinks, you don’t have your prescription etc, I understand during covid there are new protocols but the manner in which you treat “new customers” as a small business was not handled properly at all. I can put my drink in my car , I can go get my prescription , but at least let me finish talking before you shut down all options , why would I want to book an appointment with this service right at the door.
