I'm sad to say communication is the downfall here. When buying my house I asked questions (as you would as a FTB) I was told by the EA he would ring me back. This didn't happen on SEVERAL occasions, And many times it was when I had rang him back he would answer the questions. It added to an already stressful period and I was disappointed as it seemed like they didn't actually care about me as a buyer. Hopefully my seller had a better experience. I did verbally give this feedback but felt it wasn't taken seriously, as when I mentioned the EA name the lady in the office said something like \oh yeah he's not great at communicating\ while laughing, then read my serious tone and stated she would pass it on...

So I’m saying this and not from a place of malice but confusion. We had a few issues with the property which was sorted with time but they dealt with us when we moved out by asking us to pay for not cleaning the skirting board, weeding the grass or emptying the bin and a whopping sum of 145 was invoiced to be deducted from our deposit. We spent almost or a little over a week cleaning the entire house and weeding the grass (which we spent over 60 in doing) and we were not opportuned to empty the bins because of the bi-weekly services the waste disposal agency offers but charging such amount is rather unfair. I don’t even know where my anger or disappointment is stemming from. I am highly disappointed and reserve my comments. How much would it cost to dust or clean the skirting board and empty a bin? The season makes the grass grow very fast, how are we supposed to control that or are supposed to cut the grass 1hour before we move out of the house?
