Best decision I made when it came to buying a house was to go and see Kelli. I can't stress enough how much her experience and knowledge took the stress out of finding a great home for me and the kids. To say Kelli goes above and beyond would be an understatement and the connections that she has made over years of experience have clearly paid off as she helped me navigate the Covid climate, getting us successfully in our new home well before Christmas. I can't say thank you enough. Outstanding experience and I only hope that this sends more people to Kelli because dedication like that deserves good business.

If your looking for a personalised first class Mortgage Broker then congratulations, you’ve stumbled upon the best in the business. I had been trying to buy a house for almost 2 years before I found Kelli at The Mortgage Shop, I had gone as far as Magherafelt in my search for a broker who could work with my own particular circumstances and had deals fall through at the final hurdle but never got the feeling that they were REALLY fighting for my best interests. If anyone is going to fight your corner, almost as if they are a member of your own family then The Mortgage Shop will do that and more. The communication is great, regular updates, scheduled phone calls and Kelli would always make time if I was unavailable. She’s highly organised, efficient and will work tirelessly to get you a deal you are happy with (check the time-stamp on your emails, this women works into the wee hours to make sure she’s ticked all your boxes). We are lucky we have small businesses like this to look after our city, I wouldn’t look anywhere else.
