I brought my car in for a state inspection a few weeks ago. Chris scheduled my appointment and informed me that they were running a promo for free inspections during the month of January. He was able to book an appointment within just a few days. When I arrived, he was wonderful! Very knowledgeable and kind, exceptional customer service! The gentleman that serviced my car was lovely as well. He brought me out to the garage to show me a few things that may need to be addressed later down the road. At no point, did I feel pressured for an upsell while I was there. Everyone was kind and helpful. Absolutely fantastic experience. I would highly recommend.

Chris at your londonderry store always takes care of me no matter what is going on , he always finds a way to help every customer , once he stayed late to inspect my sons car so he could go to work the next day safely. Joe J.
I had an easy time scheduling a drop off for the state inspection. We dropped off the car Sunday afternoon, so that they had the car right away Monday am. It was done by noon and all the paperwork was finished. Super easy and Michael was very helpful. Everyone wore masks, had social distancing markers and the place was spotless. Highly recommend it.
Can’t say enough great things about Chris and his team! They’re always straightforward with you, I was on a crazy time crunch and desperately needed my car battery replaced. They got me in and out quickly and were so incredibly nice about it! Definitely the place to go for all your auto needs!
So thankful for the management and techs at VIP Londonderry. Manager Chris and Asst Mgr Mike are honest and very detailed in explaining the work that needs to be done on my vehicle. They keep the service times running smooth and efficient. A loyal customer for years and continue to be.
