Hello, I choose this clinic in 2019. I definitely would not recommend this clinic. I had insurance at this time. I wanted to have a procedure done. I spoke with their billing representative, and was told that the customer was only allowed to pay for a percentage for certain procedures and their insurance would cover the rest. Their Billing Representative communicated this with me and my insurance. Two months later she then disclosed that my insurance did not cover it. Which lead this bill to go into collections. They are very negligent and do not possess basic communication skills. I'm utterly disgusted with this company. I have reached out several times regarding my concern, but management didn't have the decency to contact me back. Ladies beware!

I went to get a birth control implant removed. I was extremely nervous but the doctor was so gentle and talked to me the whole time. Even complimented me!! Highly recommend!!

I had a great experience especially now with COVID-19. I thought going in I was gonna wait for a while but as soon as I checked in I was seen right away. The entire staff made me feel comfortable and welcoming. I had many questioned that was answered, they truly helped me a lot. I couldn’t have had a better experience! They really do care about your health and I couldn’t be more thankful.

Really pleasant experience, I had an IUD put in, the staff was super nice and the doctor was great. But it did take 1.5 hrs for the whole appointment to happen. Overall a really good experience!
