Regal Edwards Long Beach & IMAX Cinemas is a great movie theater. I prefer it over movie theater chains such as AMC and Regal because the experience is better at Regal Edwards Long Beach & IMAX even though it is pricier. Regal Edwards Long Beach & IMAX has reserved seating and the seating is very comfortable with lots of legroom, larger armrest, and wider seats. Picture and sound quality is pretty good.

Great theater, good rewards program, and a nice location. I'm too sad to hear this place will be closing. Considering CA has more theaters than any other state, I'm sure they were hit hardest here. Another kill on the list for Newsom :P
Decided to bring my son on a Monday and it was very different, not having to deal with lines. This is a very good theatre to come to whether on date or with family. While you wait for your show time, Edwards does provide arcade entertainment inside. Outside you got a big fireplace right next to small playground. There are a variety of shops, restaurants, and things to do while you wait.
It is a nice theater but they have not updated to luxury seats. The theater is spacious and the surroundings are cool.
