Awful place to heal, only junk food served, no confidentiality, mean staff, overall just a bad place that relies on scare tactics. Would not recommend, ever, for even the worst eating disorder.

Some of the staff were really inconsiderate, and it was a hostile environment. Sheena didn't take me seriously and didn't ever have time for the clients. Jasmine talked to me like a child, and was way too strict. She and Tylor were very pushy at the table and made me have a lot of anxiety. Janice was straight up mean to me, yelling at me in front of others, and let other clients pick on me. There was a clear favoritism among the staff, as well as a lack of empathy.

Phoenix A's and Aliya Katz's reviews were spot on. This place is horrible. I would never want anyone to go through what I went through by going here. I can't say the same for the PHP, but I hope Satori gets shut down.

My review keeps getting taken down, but I refuse to stand for that. I was traumatized by my experience at this awful residential. It set me back in progress I had worked on for months. This is a hostile, rigid, prison like environment. This is wrong. Please do not go here, find somewhere else that will be supportive of your healing and not give you more trauma to heal from.
