I dropped off an 11'x8' rug that I had bought at an estate sale and it had some yellow stains and had been walked on in a certain area for years causing the fibers to be compressed.They told me it would be a week and I could pick it up. I called that Friday and the owner said he wasn't satisfied with the results and asked if it would be ok to have it redone,I said sure. I got the rug back a week later and it looks brand new.The stains are gone and the trampled are is like new.It told me something about the owner when he took the time to look at my rug and have it redone to make sure the rug looked as good as it does. I would recommend Long cleaners to anyone for rug cleaning.I would use again anytime.

I had a suit coat that had a lot of pilling on the front and sleeves. I was going to have to retire it. I decided to give it to Long Cleaners to see what they could do with it. When I received it back, it was like brand new! Amazing! Long services all of my families suits and shirts. They do a wonderful job every time. They even pick up and return my laundry at my workplace. It couldn't be any easier! I would highly recommend Long Cleaners! They are definitely an A in my books!

I brought my brand new down northface jacket to Longs with ink stains all over it. They told me that they would do their best to get it out without damaging the coat. When I came back 3 days later it was all out and the coat looked brand new. Additionally the women who handled my order remembered me and that I had the coat without asking. I highly recommend long cleaners in Miamisburg to anyone looking for a good dry cleaners!

Sandy and Beth are great! Even when my apartment complex made things a little difficult to get in the building, Beth was patient and willing to work with me. First set of clothes I sent off I had a torn button on pants. Sandy fixed at no extra charge. Great company!
