I was looking for a car for my daughter and the search during COVID has been unlike anything I have had before (and I have purchased more than 10 cars). The used car market in Mississippi at the moment is really tough. I started working with Amber and the first attempt fell through. She did not give up and worked to find another car. Then the biggest win in this transaction, Amber worked with me and made the actual purchase the easiest part. The transaction was completed in a REALLY short amount of time, paperwork prepared and explained efficiently. This car was \As Is\ but she had the car cleaned up nicely. She got me in contact with a local windshield repair shop and detailing shop (and had rough quotes already available which have both worked out). She made sure a light that was out was fixed prior to me picking up the car. Little things that made a huge impact.
