I used to work with the maintenance crew here back in the mid-80s. Other than some aggravating guests it was a great job, working every day out at the beach. I don't know who owns the place now, but we kept the everything functional and clean - from the pictures it looks like they still take good care of the place. Now that I'm older, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here on one of my trips back to the Sarasota area.

Awesome. Beautiful condo, very nicely decorated and up to date, looks like someone's home with no signs of wear and tear. The pool is partly in the shade of the building so you can sit and swim in either the sun or shade. Lots of lounge chairs to choose from some also in the partial shade of lovely Palm trees. Nice lounge chairs and big umbrellas on the beach with a nice attendant to move them if you want. While I was there it was a nice mix of families, older folks, and young adults, it didn't get too rowdy. A great place to spend a relaxing week on the beach.
Very nice but may not be worth the price. Longboat Key is beautiful. Every place is a well kept facility.
You can not get a better view, the beach is stunning! Clean nice size units, friendly staff.
My family has gone here every summer since before I was born. We know and adore the evening security guard, George, who has seen me grow up, and can never get enough of this place. Just a few miles north of St. Armand's circle, there's always something to do between the shopping, frozen yogurt, and gorgeous sunset beach walks. Can't wait to go back in a few months for the 28th year in a row!!

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. I with my family have been coming here for about 20 years and every single time the staff is amazing the facilities are amazing! I could go on and on but just go and stay for yourself I promise you it is worth it!
Fantastic. Beautiful beach, lovely units that are nicely furnished and provide plenty of space. Quiet place to spend a quiet vacation.
