Really nice breakfasts at decent prices
Absolute shocker of a meal this morning. I have been using the cafe for over 10 years. Food was disgusting, cold and my partners veggie breakfast has 3 slices of bacon added to it. When I said my breakfast had missing items was told the cafe was busy and he made a mistake. No refund and instead more undercooked food arrived. This has put me off using the place again and they have lost a repeat customer. Thanks for your response. You knew it was poor and apologised at the time for it and I did speak to the chef/you and more additional food turned up which was also not cooked correctly. You also made a veggie breakfast and added 3 bits on bacon to it man. Come on! I have always enjoyed your cafe but 27 spent today was wasted. No refund was offered so dont stick stuff in capitals shouting at me that you always offer a refund. That's is simply not true.
