Ryan the operative was very friendly, professional and explained everything clearly. We were suffering a large wasp nest over our rear garden wall. The nest was buried amongst a large pile of leaves and branches. Ryan examined the location and then put on his protective equipment and went right in close to spray poison powder right into the nest. This one action has got rid of the nest completely. I am 100 % satisfied and would be very happy to recommend Ryan .
