I can scarcely believe the poor levels of service in this chemist. The staff are exceptionally rude, they'll just chat indefinitely amongst themselves while you're waiting and when they do speak to you, they are surly and unpleasant.

Very unhelpful. Used this pharmacy for the past 35 years, but when prescription ran out and needed two high blood pressure reducing pills for the weekend until I got repeat on Monday said it was not possible as prescription was changed in November. Most unimpressed - will never use them again. I will use Longfield pharmacy in the future.

A Lady

Dreadful. Went in last night and they where trying to fob off elderly lady with wrong cheaper branded medicine even tho her prescription stated she needed a certain brand due to allergy. Another lady said they had given her the wrong medicine earlier in week hence her return. I will certainly avoid this chemist in future.
