Everything takeaway food should be in 2020. Healthy, fresh, quick, easy, lots of choices. Every time I fly through Heathrow I look forward to coming here.

Reasonable "fast food" (ngiri) sushi and rolls. One option for a quick bite at the airport. 10 for a lunch box. Would return.

Terribly unwelcoming and rude staff. They never smile or even say hi. There are 3 Italian staff members, one is a female with dark hair and 2 males, one of them is even a manager. They keep speaking italian to each other and they have np customer service skills at all. I travel a lot from Terminal 5 for commuting and have visited the store quite often. The lady with dark hair always looks miserable and annoyed. Never seen a smile on that face. Really have enough of their attitude. Other stores in central london have amazing staff with great customer service. The company should do something about it.

Not the best sushi, but ok for an airport. The bad thing is that they don’t warn that in the nigiris une the fish they put wasabi, so if you don’t like it be careful.

Ok I suppose. About best value in airport but still expensive in my eyes. It's was hot and tasty for a chilli chicken noodle bowl at 7.79.

I got the eggs ‘fit pot with spinach’ for breakfast which was eggs with spinach in a miso soup including tofu and seaweed. The pot was delish and much better than I expected (expecting watery soup but got a flavourful, slightly salty soup with added richness from the eggs). Lady at the cashier was very helpful and I would definitely recommend!
