My favourite van hire company, always helpful and the people who work there are amazing.
Very terrible customer service. They have some unusual conditions that they don’t think it’s wise to run through with you over the phone when you book. Or at least refer you to the conditions on the website. Then you get in to pick a car quickly in the morning, and they explain you can’t get the car because xyz... and no remorse that they have just altered your plans for the day. This is our first time, and definitely there won’t be a next. Even the office is so unkept, a cattle farm would be cleaner.
