Obviously if we used the services of a mortuary we lost a dear loved one. I have never experienced this before but going to Carroll-Lewellen funeral home was such a positive experience for my sisters and I. They were warm and welcoming but even more than that, they allowed us to laugh and cry and be ourselves. It wasn't a somber depressing atmosphere at all. It was definitely the best experience we could have had in such a sad situation. We are so thankful for Heath and staff.
