Not good service, bad selection. I asked about a sandwich and smoothie to ensure they were dairy free. Still ended up with hashbrowns that had cheese even though it wasn't clear on the menu at all.

So I love the bagels but today I decided to ask for an ICED chai tea latte. Tell me why I got a blended drink in a regular coffee cup and to make it worse it was not good at all! I didnt ask for a smoothie, I was really disappointed and I should've known something was weird when he gave it to me in the cup he did. I was running late for work so I couldn't go back but I wish I would've! Maybe the guy was new but he should know the difference. There goes my money wasted

While it may be "edible", the burnt and smidge green Chile on the bagel makes for an unappetizing experience. Bring back the quality, don't cut corners at the consumer level.

I love this Einsteins. The manager who has glasses and longer hair pulled back especially deserves a shoutout. He’s always friendly and humming along getting orders rocked out. He leads by example and it shows. Don’t know his name but he always talks to customers by name and the owner should recognize he’s got a talented employee there!

I've been here for 8 days trying to find a good full cup of coffee. It did happen the first two days. Had the couple of women working kept working at Brewing Market coffee all week I would not be doing this review. Everyone needs days off and I was stuck with not full not consistent coffee. So the search continued. The food at Einstein Bros was good and I wouldn't mind trying more items. The coffee was not very warm and very watery. The food was good enough and I almost gave it 4 stars just for that but, I mainly went there for coffee and was not pleased with that so 3 stars it is.

Asked for double topping, double toasted. Order was taken correctly (was on receipt) but bagel was almost soggy bread and hardly any cream cheese. Every time I order a bagel with extra stuff, it's always this way. Been like this for years.

Not a bad location. Pretty busy and not quite as on par with the other locations. I’m not a fan of getting everything seasoning from previously cut bagels on my cinnamon. \u200d️
