I went here for pre and post operative care when I had to have knee surgery for a subluxing patella. The care that I received was sub par at best. When I went in after my surgery I found out that they had lost the documentation and post operative instructions that my surgeon had sent them, and received conformation for, so the therapist (who is also the clinic director) did a google search in the middle of my evaluation to determine what exercises I should be doing. Once I started the actual therapy I only spent about 15 minutes per session with the therapist before being passed off to an assistant who was trying to work with several other patients at the same time. This resulted in a significant amount of waiting between exercises while the assistant worked with other patients. When I've had physical therapy in the past at other clinics I have worked with one physical therapist for the entire session and I was their only patient during that time. In addition they reused the contact pads for the e-stim machines despite them being designed as a single use product and each time they are reused the effectiveness is lessened. Lastly, when I needed a therapy band to do the exercises that they recommended at home they said that they charge 5 a piece for the bands; at no other physical therapist have I ever been charged for a band much less the exorbitant price of 5 for a over sized rubber band. If you are looking for reasonable, professional, personalized care I would look elsewhere.
