I was looking for a new provider and Ms Postel, exceeded all of my expectations. She listened patiently to all of my questions and concerns, was knowledgeable and understanding, and answered all of my questions. I have found a gem! In addition, her nurse Lupe was cheerful and made me feel welcome and comfortable.

I was scheduled to see Mark Malone at 4:40. I remember exactly that the nurse I talked to when I scheduled this appointment that it would be okay if I didn’t get there 10 min. early since I was coming from work, which was 44 miles away. The day of my appointment, I left work early and called to let the office know that I was on my way and might be a few (5 or less) minutes late. The lady I talked to insisted that my appointment was at 4:20, so I couldn’t be seen anymore. We went through the schedule and couldn’t find another day to reschedule. She said I could just go to urgent care instead. Anyway, it was very disappointing that I had to rush away from work and still miss the appointment that I was really looking forward to, when the two (2) appointment reminders I got clearly said that my appointment was at 4:40 PM and not 4:20 PM.

Just had my first visit to this facility and it was very pleasant! The employees and nurses are very friendly and I loved my new doctor! If you have to go to the doctors, I would recommend you give this place a try!
