I went for a DOT physical, which should’ve taken like 20 minutes. My appointment was at 9:30 and I wasn’t out of there until after 11:00. At one point I was waiting in the nurse practitioner’s office for literally 40 minutes, after I was told she would “be right in”. The receptionist was rude and off putting, and I saw her be particularly rude to this nice older gentleman that came in. All in all it just wasn’t a great office. The staff weren’t friendly (with the exception of the lady who took my vitals), and it took far too long. The nurse practitioner didn’t do a thorough job, and especially with the nose/throat part. I understand that COVID is a genuine concern right now, but you still need to do a thorough job at a doctors office, even if it means looking in someone’s throat.

The personnel at Workwell in Longmont, Colorado are very welcoming and friendly. I am transitioning from another health care company for a work injury accident. This transition is as smooth as can be expected for a busy time in the health industry. I am confident that my interactions with Workwell will be positive and productive in helping me get through this trying time. My recovery is going well and the physician I am reporting to is very sympathetic to my needs and concerns.
