We used ELPM on two occasions and on both of these found Chris and Lucilla to be professional, responsive, personable and charming. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them as our first port-of-call should we ever find ourselves in the lucky position of looking for another quality property to rent in East Lothian.

Left very upset by the rude and discriminatory nature of Lucille. From simply hearing my voice she was able to come to the conclusion that I "would be better looking for property elsewhere". Shocking that anyone discriminates in this manner nowadays.
