I sent a finance application last week. I called a few days later to see what the status was to be told that it takes 5 or 6 days before someone reaches out to me to complete loan request. 5 or 6 days ??? I need a car now. Not in a week or 2. I looked elsewhere. Sent a loan request on Tuesday morning and got the answer i wanted in early afternoon. Sorry Auto Choix. Guess my money is valued somewhere else.

Do not give them a deposit. They will push you to make a deposit and they will give you a run around to get your money back. If you have already given them a deposit then keep your evidence ready, Any email or text messages would help too. Send them an email request asking for your deposit back as that is the procedure. If they are not willing to pay your deposit back, then call the ministry of consumer service, consumer protection, Canada better business bureau and CBC news channel. After all this you will get your money back with a 3 percent fee. Bad place to even look at a car. They won't let you test drive , cars are rotten underneath. Sales people are arrogant and I don't recommend this place even to my worst enemy. Don't even get anywhere near this place. They are thieves.
BEWARE!!!!!! I can give -5 Star if Possible. The company is in shady business practices: There are 8 Formal Notices on Consumer protection against them and 2 CRIMINAL PROCEEDING as well: They haven't give us the green paper, car ownership transfer paper, and no one is replying to our Email, or Phone. We even went to their Showroom couple of times and there was no one there. Also they didn't return our Extended warranty, which we cancelled by calling the Insurance Company. We ourself have filed a case against them in Consumer protection as well. People BEWARE! I hope what happened with me doesn't happens with other people.
I had an excellent service, Karl was very helpful with the process. He explained the different warranty options available and helped me pick the right one that fit my budget. Overall experience was excellent, new management Eric is very professional and makes sure every customer needs are met. I will recommend this dealer to my friends and family.
I just bought my first car last week and had the best service there. They assisted me with everything until the end. They made it easy and simple to buy my first car ever.
This is what you get for buying a car here, less than 4 years and your car is complete loss. Don't buy from this people, they're a fraud and are committing fraud!
Worst experience ever!! They wont let you inspect the car by your mechanic unless you make a 500 deposit and if you end up not taking the car they keep the deposit!! Bought a car with allegedly nothing to do on it and inspected by their mechanic...BS. Breaks pads ,rotors, engine leak, had to be done within a month. It was sold as a clean title , 2 years later i come to find out the car was completely repainted and not a good paint job a 500 in the back of a alleyway type of paint job. Long story short, dont buy from them extremely dishonest dealer, hides flaws and mechanical damages!!
