Lived there for 4 years. I recommend installing your own lock and letting them into your apartment only with you present - they do not really control access to the keys and would accuse you of lying if something missing. Also I would ask about their renovation plans - one year I had a very noisy and dusty work going from spring to autumn without any early notice or compensation.
Office workers are lazy and rude, the parking sign has been upside down for 6 months. the entrance to the building is covered in spiders and you have to run if you dont want one falling on your head. They give people who move in unlimited use of the elevator with no supervision, today for instance the people were gone but the elevator was still locked. They never power on the air in the elevator and lobby, the entire building smells like garbage some days other days it smells of varnish. The smells are so strong they invade your apartment. They charge people different fees for parking ive met people who pay 40 for inside parking ive met people who pay 70 for inside parking. They do the same for outside parking some people pay 25 and others 40. They constantly try to raise the rent every year even though they do no renovations. They give preferential treatment to people they know and if you are not known to them its just too bad you get zero service. When ever you mention anything to them they get upset and do not even rectify the thing you are complaining about. The pool change area is disgusting and falling apart it has been for years and they never fix it but they manage to paint the parking lot once a year. The only way to have them do anything is by calling boardwalk Ontario customer service and tell them whats going on. Highly do not recommend stay away from these inflated prices and poor attitudes. I forgot to add that there is water outages and power outages done regularly. not to mention letting people into your apartment for reasons that are very suspect.
Ça ne fait que 3 semaines que je suis arrivée et j'ai fait des petites demandes et tout a été réglé!! Mon agente de location Mme Elma est une ptite perle! J'ai aussi parlé avec Kia qui a trouvé pour moi de l'aide pour mes installations de tringles! Je n'ai rien à dire de négatif pour le service! Juste croiser quelques locataires sans leur masque en temps de pandémie! Merci :)
Appartements vraiment délabrés et pourris. Aucune maintenance sérieuse. Les portes des chambres ne se ferment pas à cause des multiples couches se peinture. L'évier de la cuisine a été bouché deux fois en 1 mois sans compter la fuite interminable en dessous . Le chauffage ne marche pas dans la chambre à coucher. Les robinets de la salle de bain sont brisés et c'est impossible de contrôler la température de l'eau. Il leur faut 2 jours pour \voir\ ce qu'ils peuvent faire pour régler la fuite. Aucune installation fibre optique dans l'appartement (coaxial à la place). Éviter à tout prix !!
