Excellent service & friendly staff with a very friendly dog that meets you at the door.
Absolutely rude and doesn’t seem to want to help when you call.
For being a small town ISP, their internet speeds are amazing. I don't think I've ever had an outage in the 4 years I've been with them (other than power outages that affected the rest of the town). Service is reasonably priced, and the staff is very friendly.
