On November 8, 2020 I had my usual services done. Eyebrows threaded and eyelash extensions. The 2 women that usually service me were not there. The young lady did a good job yet she gave herself a tip on my debit card that I did not approve of. After about 2 days later I looked at my receipt and noticed what she did. I called the number on the receipt and a male answered at the other location. I told him the lady took a tip that I did not approve of and he told me to go back to the location. I called the location (50 Ferry St. location) and told them how the lady took a tip that I did not approve of and she told me to also come back to the location. Why did the lady take a tip from my money that I did not approve of in the first place? Why should I have to spend time and money again to go back and have the funds returned to my card when she should not have taken money in the first place. I decided to let everyone know my experience instead of going back there when I'm not ready to have a service done. I will no longer let them take ANY TIP FROM MY CARD WHATSOEVER. ONLY IF I HAVE CASH WILL I GIVE A TIP. Be careful of your cards when dealing with them is all I can say. And yes I still have the receipt. Her name starts with an N and ends with an I.

I had to tell her to wash her hands after using the bathroom and taking out trash! Facial wasn't worth 65 nothing special or gold about it !! I was very unhappy how she left my face dry no finishing oil or serum just left my face dry after a clay mask !! That sort of facial goes for about 35 40 The most !! But 65 I could have and should have went to a real esthetician!! RIP OFF!! I would never!!! Ever again
Just had my eyebrows threaded for the first time today. Happy with the service. That's my b4 and after!
Had my lashes done and it was done the way I love it. Not too much and my brows look great love this place!!!
