I love going to get my taxes here every year !! When I call and make my appointment they literally answer with a smile. Bonnie is always efficient and all employees there are knowledgeable, courteous of my time and very professional. I've never had to wait longer than expected but if it is a little busier than usual there's a nice little waiting area to make you feel right at home. I wouldn't go anywhere else !!!

Unprofessional! We had an appointment set at 11:15 to have our taxes done, we waited 45 minutes and still had not been seen. We were told it would be another 30 mins as they took on other people who had no appointments. It is understandable that it is tax season and business is busy for them, but be professional and honor the appointments that are set! Ended up walking out because of the lack of courtesy and they wanted to charge me for their time, even though my taxes had not been filled. This is extremely frustrating because my first appointment with them was the same! I went in on on my lunch break and they didn't see me for an hour and a half after my appointment, I had to leave because I needed to get back to work. They need to value customer time, or be courteous and let the customer know you will need to block out several hours time for each appointment. Horrible experience!
