George's Body Shop Inc

We are a body shop in Northern Michigan and made the mistake of trusting this company, if it can be called that. In total we paid 1800 for what was supposed to be used, but rust free and undamaged, truck doors. What we actually got was laughable. Heavy rust on all the doors made them unusable, and the fact that one door appeared to have been set on fire at some point was just the icing on the cake. We have tried unsuccessfully for MONTHS to get this resolved. Simply trying to get someone from American Auto Wrecking on the phone was like pulling teeth. Constant run around and playing phone tag. Finally they claimed they were going to send us new doors to make it right....it's been 4 months and we've yet to see these ew\ doors. Please do yourself a favor before spending a dime with these people and just look at their Better Business Bureau rating (it's appalling) and all of the complaints on the BBB's page alone. American Auto Wrecking LLC has a history of doing this, don't waste your time or money.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY SEEM TO HAVE A HABIT OF RIPPING PEOPLE OFF.....WE USED THIS COMPANY TO BUY A MOTOR ..THEY SENT US THE WRONG MOTOR AND WILL NOT HONOR THIER WARRENTY ..IN FACT THEY WONT EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE !!!!

I haven’t received my part yet but the service I have received is the best I’ve ever had. Always able to reach and ask questions with a fast response. Nicole Is the best (customer service) person I’ve ever had dealings with. Always has helped and been there with all the answers. Awesome place to have done business with. they over promised time delivery by an entire month, the girl at the office hung up on me wich i find totaly unprofessional in any job area, she well knows i only called a few times the time i purchased the motor, a time i wanted an updated, and the time i had a question about where the motor was the owner offered me a couple of things but i did refuse the way i felt in my first and last purchase has no price my friend
