The Dr and medical assistant were great. The receptionist was the rudest and most unhelpful person I have ever ran into in a professional environment! There is no excuse for her actions and her attitude. The medical assistant was trying to explain things to her and all she did was roll her eyes and say I don't know what to do because someone was on vacation. There was a suggestion to call the westlake office and she couldn't do that either. She clearly is miserable and doesn't take pride in her job.

The office seems to overbook appointments because nothing else can explain waiting for over an hour to leave the office after the procedure was completed. No one seemed to care that my grandfather had been there since 8:30 in the morning and was ready to leave. He hadn't eaten or slept and it was difficult on us to wait for more than hour to be seen by the doctor again. There were others complaining about the same thing in the waiting room while we were there. Disappointing at best.
