Zach is very attentive, personable, and thorough. I was working remotely with local connections to quickly store my daughter’s college things during the pandemic. Zach made it really easy for us and for the student helping my daughter move. We have had a great experience so far!

Hands down the best storage unit experience I have ever seen! The facility is very updated, clean and fresh. The security system here is what I found to like the most, it is very well covered, monitored and secure, which gives me such peace of mind about my personal belongings being stored here! And the manager of Baumhart Road Self Storage, Zach, is very polite, understanding and helpful! He made my entire experience very simple and hassle free. I absolutely would recommend this place to everyone and anyone!
I am very pleased with the unit I am renting. I relied on people's reviews when I was looking for a place and I was not disappointed. Zach is very polite and responds quickly to questions. The unit is secure and clean. The location works great for me.
Zach was quick to respond to my phone call and update me on the availability of storage units. He also is able to text which makes communicating easier! Once set up with the unit, the storage unit was clean and easy to find. Zach also contacted me to make sure I was able to use the punch code without any issues. I'd recommend Baumhart Road Self Storage any day!
Zach was very helpful on short notice to get things moved. Area is nice and private and secure. The size we were looking for was not available however Zach made a suggestion for more space that actually worked out better!
