Sold our couch that was already paid for, and marked not to be sold, employees were rude, and at one point called me fat... They said they don't know where the couch went and that its ot my job to know where merchandise went\... Heated words followed and the manager gave us a floor model that was horribly stained after refusing to give us a refund... I would've given 0 stars, but then I couldn't share this horror story of a shopping experience with yall

The store is very neat and tidy...very courteous clerks!
It's busy because of Christmas but the customer service is still outstanding. I was having trouble getting a coupon to load on my phone and the cashier assisted me and was able to find a coupon for the same percentage off at their store and ring it up for me so that I still got the discount.
I love this place they have a lot of nice things at a good price
