We have built a house wit KHov in 2015 and it was a dream, not a single problem. However, we are currently building with Khov again and thought it would be the same experience, but it has been one headache after another and one battle after another to have the home built correctly. In our opinion, KHOV is a worse builder then Ryan Homes.

This is the door KHOV installed, shaking, no even. What is worse, they never would fix it for you. When you finally found they warranty dept, they will set up appointment in two weeks, then warranty guy took around, take notes, either tell you that you need to be responsible to it, or they will tell they would do it, and never come back again. So hurting to have a KHOV house.
