We were building a home at cornerstone our salesperson did not listen to our wants and needs so we we had to walk away from that home . Thankfully the regional manager suggested we look at a quick move in home down the street that someone built and backed out . We looked at it and loved it so with help from Kelly , the regional manager and Wendy Doyle as our new salesperson we are so happy with our new home .Wendy is wonderful to work with ,very professional, personable and definitely knowledgeable.thank you both for all your help , Pam and Alfonso Williams

Did not get what we asked for, salesperson did not listen to our wants at the beginning , now we are stuck with a home we don’t like , salesperson very rude when confronted regarding this issue and also lied to us during whole process. Wish we had used Marlene or Wendy , they are more professional , very personable and very knowledgeable
As a REALTOR , I find Khovanian easy to work with, and I appreciate the steps they take to insure the buyers are satisfied with the entire process.
We had an amazing experience with not only K.Hovnanian but also with Marleen Huffman. The entire experience was easy from start to finish. Marleen was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and, most of all, patient. She answered all of our questions and had many great suggestions to help us along the way. The entire experience was quick and painless from the initial sit down to the financing and all the way to the final walk through. We never thought that building a home could be such an affordable and fun experience. Marleen helped us build our dream home, but if we ever did decide to build again it would definitely be with K.Hovnanian and if we were lucky enough Marleen Huffman would once again be a part of it.
Building with K. Hovnanian was a lot less intimidating than I thought it would be. Our salesperson, Marlene Huffman, was amazing! She said she would be with us through the entire process and she kept her word! She was always available to answer questions and helped make decisions easier. The entire staff from sales to design to building is so easy to work with and very informative. Marlene Huffman is top-notch in her field! We are very pleased with our experiences!
