We have been in our new home now for over a month, and settled in nicely. First I have to say that Stephanie was amazing to work with! Professional and answers all your questions throughly. If she doesn’t know the answer she will research and get back to you very quickly. I was a little worried about some of the reviews I had read, but quickly realized most were from other states, and that all construction teams are NOT the same, We were lucky to get an amazing group of hard working, proud, builders. Even the lawn care fellows were super! Buying a home in the middle of a Pandemic can be very stressful, but they made the process very comfortable. When we did our first walk thru with Tyler, we had a few issues that he addressed very quickly! (Before we even moved in) .He even noticed some things we overlooked. What a great representative for your company. Then we met Jon, who was equally as eager to make everything right for us, and also addressed every issue promptly. Knowing that when issues arise they take care of them, is a great feeling! All in all, every person we came in contact with during this process was top notch. K.Hovanian Homes is only as good as the people they employ! Thank you to everyone who made our process so smooth...
Stephanie was the best thing I can say about this company....she is an awsome rep. I did not go with the company due to 183 reviews and a one star rating.....construction issues.....could not take the chance despite how good she was.
