Worst 8 years of customer service ever!!!! Only reason we stayed was laziness on our end to leave this worthless company. Our broker was with MaryAnn and what a horrible reprsentitive. One suggestion MaryAnn... Retire. 20 years ago. We are still with same Insurance company and dtopped 50% per month by leaving this agency. 112 to 56 a month. Do yourself a favor and never join this agency unless you enjoy throwing away money and air.
