Amy was great! She greeted us at the door, asked us what we were looking for and then gave honest feedback about each mattress. She wasn’t an annoying salesman. She gave us pros and cons, price ranges, and was very knowledgeable. We are excited to receive our stuff!

I entered this establishment with a great deal of skepticism. I was greeted by Amy who was very sweet. She was knowledgeable of her products. She was totally engaged in what quickly became “Our Journey “ to finding what I needed. I always need time to process so she gave me the time I needed. I came back three days later and Amy was off but the gentleman that was there was also very interested in helping me finish my Journey. Thank you Mattress Firm on Levitt Road. Thank you to the person that hires such awesome employees. I have NEVER purchased something so quickly and NOT gotten buyers remorse. Great Job !!!!!

Needed the plastic cover to put an old mattress as required by the garbage company. I was charged 11 for a leftover cut off Of plastic that came off a new mattress. It’s a pretty good profit margin to use a Jagged edge cut off from a new one to resell it. I had to duck tape the ends. I thought it would’ve had to been sealed with a zipper if it’s required by the garbage company not just some random plastic I could’ve did that myself with some random plastic materials \u200d️
