If you are a landlord and looking for property management or help with properties don't waste your time with this company. I've spoke with Joshua multiple times and had him out at a few of my properties to give me a quote. Needless to say I'm still waiting on quotes the first property I had him at was in May 2018. I do not know why I called back because I never got a proper response or any follow-up the last time. I guess I was desperate to try to find a company that could help. This company may sound good or even show up possibly but will never follow up or get to your job. It's hard to find a company that will care about your business and the scope of work you need done. And your emails text messages or phone calls will never be returned. So please again do not waste your time it's way more valuable look anywhere else other than here.
