I am a married veteran and our furnace quit. Having kids and a granddaughter I needed heat immediately. Thanks to Phil and Louis we are warm and grateful. Home Depot really helps out veterans. Thank you.

It's a Home Depot. They have good deals and some other stuff going on. Friendly staff I was asked at least 5 times if I needed help with anything.. Great job

I like the Home Depot. I shop at all of the big home improvement stores and find them to have qualities I like and qualities I don't. Sometimes I get great help and sometimes I find the lack of help infuriating. More times than not, the Home Depot employees go above and beyond to be helpful. I appreciate being stopped in the aisle and asked if I am finding everything I need. More times than not, I don't need assistance but it's still nice that this behavior is being encouraged by the corporate office. Thanks for at least pretending to care :)

Customer service representative was so rude. I didn't appreciate how she spoke to my husband in regards to returning a defective item. We spent a lot of money here and to be treated how he was makes me really think twice about the values of the company my husband and I put our hard earn money into. This occurrence has effectively become a reason I prefer other choices of business.
