I just got home with an Areca Palm/Parlor Palm I got from this place and the woman behind the counter was taking a phone call when I came in. She provided great services and when I asked for a palm tree she got me just that. She knew it was cold (2/16/2021 4:54 PM 28F) so she got huge, clear plastic bags for the plants and double bagged it. They made it home safe and on time and I will get it a bigger pot and split it into 3 separate clumps. I will recommend it as others told me it was the best flower shop in Steel City since 1999.

Zelek does an awesome job with flower arrangements. I have used them for several funerals and a few birthday celebration. I am in Florida but my friends and family are very pleased with their work. The pictures of the arrangements are beautiful, so far I haven't been disappointed. I would recommend them to friends and families.
Ordered flowers for a dear friend who had to put her fur baby of 14yrs down and I wanted to try to cheer her up a bit. The flowers were absolutely beautiful. Same day delivery. Had a great experience with Zelek Flower shop. Will definitely use them again.
Zelek flower shop has had a long-standing reputation of high-quality work and superior service. The store is filled with an enormous selection beautiful items. They are so much more then a flower shop. It is a place you simply must visit.
They did a beautiful job with the bouquet I ordered! I got a call first thing in the morning the day of the delivery telling me that some flowers from the one I chose weren’t available, and asked if I was okay with using different ones (I appreciated them telling me ahead of time). I told them as long as it looked nice I was fine with it, and they made the bouquet look even more beautiful than I imagined! Highly recommended.
