Very bad service!!! after the promised 3 days of delivery, the parcel was delivered in 9 days. they have no responsibility, they forward a complaint from one department to another. cannot get called. I do not recommend this service to anyone !!! Very bad impressions!

DPD Spain is worst carrier company in the whole world. How they not be able to deliver my package lol? They didn't even try it!

This company twice claimed that they had tried to deliver a parcel to me but there was no one available to sign for it. This is untrue as I was at home on both occasions. They are impossible to contact - the DPD App does not work in Spain, there is only a recorded message when their help line is phoned and they have not responded to an email sent over a week ago. I have now given up and arranged for the parcel to be delivered to the UK and then brought out to Spain

This company is the worse delever company they cant find the way to La Canada Partaloa but they haft to lie and say that we are not at home or we are at holiday etc. I think they must stop with driving parcel to people and do something Else. ..

Experiencia nefasta, no cojen el teléfono. Mi paquete llego desde inglaterra hace 3 semanas y como no lo entregaron bien en mi domicilio decidieron volver a mandarlo a Inglaterra. 2 semanas después de eso mi paquete no aparece ni por Inglaterra ni por España. Una vergüenza. PD: Vivo en una calle principal del centro de Murcia y supuestamente no sabían encontrar el edificio.
