Simply great folks. After a weekend of snow, Gov shut down, no school, and little traffic, my 7 year old son and I took the Jeep out early Monday. Drove about 10 minutes and I found that the dual steering stabilizer brackets were loose and missing a couple of bolts. So, I decided to head to these guys since they were nearby, hoping they were open on time. When we arrived, one of the guys said that the bays were full with other vehicles, but to pull it up to the bay door anyway. He just dropped onto the snow, looked under the front end that was covered in ice and snow, gets back up and looks at my son in the back seat. Tells me to take my son into the show room so he can play with the sirens and lights. Within 20 minutes, the boss comes out to the show room and hands me the keys. I was very pleased and asked for the repair cost. He told me that it was “too easy” and to enjoy the rest of the day. He also handed my son a badge money clip from a chow case. Can’t get better than this.
