LAFD THANK YOU ! I have a loved one recovering from COVID-19 and 911 was called twice. Y'all patiently listened and reassured my loved one that everything would be \ok\ and they were \turning the corner\. Y'all repeatedly and clearly made sure they understood their vitals were great. I was on the telephone both times during these 911 assessments and I was touched by the compassion I heard on the other end of the telephone . My scared loved one would calm down and y'all helped to ease their worried mind . LAFD, MAY GOD CONTINUE TO PROTECT & STRENGTHEN, Y'ALL & YOUR LOVED ONES, PHYSICALLY, PSYCHOLOGICALLY, SPIRITUALLY, FINANCIALLY & MENTALLY, during this health crisis.
