This company charges one months rent as a ‘finders fee’ to the tenant if you apply for a rental. However she is very helpful. I just feel the costs should be clearly displayed on the website.
Very helpful, professional and friendly. We rented a property from rainbow and would totally recommend them to anyone. Mayte was very informative and knew her market. We are looking forward to moving into our property next week

MAYTE is nothing short of amazing! She makes everything SO understandable and Easy especially as my Spanish is Very bad..She is Sharp as a Tack and Such Lovely People..If You are in the market looking to Rent or Buy I HIGHLY RECOMMEND You go here first.
