It is located in El Divino, a secure gated complex which has two swimming pools set in beautiful, landscaped gardens. It is only a five minute walk to the restaurants, bars and supermarket: just a ten minute walk to the nearby blue flag beach. For golfing enthusiasts, it is only a five minute drive to Roda Golf, with numerous other golf courses close by. This apartment provides everything for you to enjoy your perfect holiday. It is furnished to a high standard and provides complimentary Wi-Fi for you. There is a fully equipped, modern kitchen containing a new halogen hob, a new oven, a washing machine, a fridge-freezer and a microwave oven. The spacious, lounge/diner benefits from a flat screen 52 channel satellite TV featuring all the major British channels and a remote controlled, 6 speed ceiling fan. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, remote controlled, air conditioning and remote controlled, 6 speed ceiling fans. The apartment is presented with professionally laundered bed linen and towels, including beach towels, and an iron and ironing board for your convenience. Whilst a car is not needed to enjoy this prime location, there is parking available immediately outside. You will be met by our key holder at the apartment who, for a small additional fee, can offer other services, such as, an airport meet and greet, a small, welcome grocery pack and a travel cot. This can be arranged directly with our key holder who will contact you once you have placed your booking. Please note that, unlike many other rentals in this area, there are no hidden costs! That means no cleaning fee and no damage deposit.
